We ordered the Navy casket for my retired Navy Commander father. The customer service was exceptional and very prompt and attentive. When the casket arrived it arrived on time and was able to get to us quickly. The only slight concerns we had was the image online such as the gold color was not a true representation of what it looked like in person for the gold was much lighter and less regal looking in person. No one wants to say they look forward to buying a casket again, but should we ever need to buy one in the future we will definitely consider Titan caskets again.
