Going Home

It was our brother’s idea to explore this option after we lost our father unexpectedly. He researched, we talked to representative JP and we ordered. I was very apprehensive, stressed about receiving in time, would it be damaged, and then our funeral home representative informed us that they do not unpack and check for damage. I arranged for my husband, my sister, my brother, a cousin and myself (none of us younger than 65) to be there with crowbars when the truck arrived. Titan Caskets reps (JP and Yumi) and Old Dominion rep (Shamma) were patient and always professional & helpful with my numerous calls and questions.
Our selection, dark blue GOING HOME casket arrived early and undamaged. Like “what was I stressing about”?
I recommend TITAN CASKETS. I think had I done the research myself, reading the website info and Facebook, I may not have been as worried/stressed. I also recommend asking the funeral home UPFRONT how they handle receipt of a family purchased casket. Had we known their policy, we would have moved on to the next funeral home. My sister has a friend who works for another funeral home and she said they receive, unpack, and inspect customer purchased caskets.
This is like my 3rd online review to do EVER, but I felt so strongly about 100% satisfaction with their product and service that had to do. Thank you, Titan Caskets

This company was very helpful & everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. Everyone complimented on the beautiful casket for my husband.
