Benjamin (Ben) Cave is a driven operations professional with 10+ years of process improvement and logistics experience, and a proven record of efficiency gains, cost savings, and leading effective teams. Ben has worked at multiple firms in the fields of logistics and operations helping brands reduce their spoilage rates and increase their cash flow as well as deliverables.

Since February 2021, Ben has been working as Titan Casket’s Head of Operations building an inventory tracking system for 5 regional warehouses with a monthly average of 300+ units inbound and outbound. Ben is based in Murrieta, California. He holds an MBA with a management emphasis from Boise State University.

Ben also is a certified martial arts instructor and likes teaching in his spare time. “Amateurs talk strategy. Professionals talk logistics” is his success mantra!
