Titan Casket provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in recent memory, and that goes for all manner of vendors and companies. I submitted a quick request on their website's "contact us" page and was contacted by a company rep within an hour. In no time, the right type and style of casket was identified, price sorted out, and I was then handed off to a logistics rep who managed every remaining step like a total pro. The communication was friendly and always purposeful, and she even provided videos for FAQs and to better understand the product. A top notch customer experience that many companies could learn from.

Thank you for the Orion casket. It was exactly what my mom would have picked out for her casket. The delivery was fast. The quality was perfect. Also the man at Titan who was helping me was so patient and emailed me a handful of pictures to choose the best inside material for my dad’s marine casket. I highly recommend this company.

Staff is knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. Communication is excellent. Photo and description of the casket was identical to the actual casket. The staff made a difficult situation easy. The funeral home had no hesitation about us using a casket from an outside company.

Even though I only ordered a single plush Mort, Titan took as much time and care with me as though I had ordered a high end casket. They called in person to verify my address (extra fiddly because I’m in a deployed location) and shipped it that same day. I love my Mort and I’m so impressed with Titan’s customer service!
