This is the type of company that stands behind what they say. They were VERY communicative, very easy to work with (via text and phone), my fathers Urn showed up 3 days earlier than expected. I ordered the military black and white marble urn for my father, a USMC, Purple Heart, Korea war veteran. The urn was delivered to the funeral home with no problems or delay. The urn is of really great quality and heavy. This urn is very befitting of an American hero. I know he would be very happy with it.
