I purchased a simple wooden casket for my mom, who will die from cancer sometime soon. The interaction with Titan was top-notch from start to finish. Rafaela (on Chat) and another gal (also, possibly Rafaela) on the phone were very helpful and the transaction was smooth. The delivery time was quick; and on the dot; the delivery company (out of Farmington, NM for the last leg) flexible and helpful; and most important of all, the quality of the simple pine casket is PERFECT. I will be doing some decoration/customization, but it is just wonderful.
The only slight downside is some slight warping of the top panels--likely due to our very hot, dry climate, but that can be addressed.
Bottom-line: totally happy with every aspect of the interaction and will be buying 2 more casket for future use in the near future. Thank you! Gregor

This was my first time ordering from Titan Casket as a funeral professional. The customer service was excellent, the gentleman helping me made sure I had the casket the family selected in time, despite a short turn around. Their expedited fee was very reasonable and the casket was delivered by the promised time. It was in very good condition and packaged well. I would recommend them and use them again. I called Titan and spoke with the representative, who gave me his name so I could ask for him in subsequent calls and not have to go through everything again. He sent a picture to verify specifically which casket we were ordering, and made sure we could get it within our time frame. He emailed the order and I completed it online. Mom’s casket made it in plenty of time, and was exactly as pictured. Very easy process and quality product in a very sad circumstance.
