Never expected to have to exchange a casket but we did. So happy with the Orion white and steel we settled on, simple yet elegant. Titan was very helpful but I don’t recommend doing it because the restock fee is huge!

The kindness shown by this organization was amazing. I wanted to do something special so that each of my brothers and I could have a memory item in our homes so that no matter whose home we were in, that reminder of our loving Mom/Grandma/Angel would be there. The reps I worked with from Titan directed me almost immediately to the perfect item. God bless the staff at Titan for helping to keep the presence of our Mom indefinitely.

We were so blessed to find a casket that proudly represented the loyaty and dedicated service our Dad gave to the US Army. We knew that he would have been proud of the selection. We received numerous compliments (including from the funeral home) of the beauty and appropriateness of the casket and how they wouldn't of expected anything else for our Dad who proudly served our country.

I heard about purchasing a coffin online, and I was not disappointed at all. My mother recently passed away and the coffins at the funeral home were over $5000 more! I could not believe the prices. I found my mother’s favorite color, and it was absolutely lovely. It arrived at the funeral home in like two days and in perfect condition.
