We talked to Yuma of Titan Casket to order my husbands casket. She was very helpful. We ordered a casket and then had to call back and cancel that order and reorder a larger casket. Yuma went out of her way to help me reorder and cancelled the other order for me. The casket arrived at the funeral home on time. We were very pleased with the casket and the ordering process.
