Titan Casket offers our clients the option to upgrade any of our standard weight [20 gauge] caskets to a premium weight casket. The upgrade will add approximately 20-30 pounds to the casket.
To upgrade, simply add this 18-gauge steel casket upgrade to your cart at the time of checkout, along with your casket selection.

Staff is knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. Communication is excellent. Photo and description of the casket was identical to the actual casket. The staff made a difficult situation easy. The funeral home had no hesitation about us using a casket from an outside company.
We were hesitant about buying a casket online, but the experience, quality and value was great. The casket was beautiful, high quality and matched the offerings from the funeral home.
The casket was nice however I ended up having to pay expedited shipping in order to have the product by the time of the funeral. I called 4 days ahead of time, I was told on the phone to try reach out a week to 2 weeks before however it is impossible to know when someone will pass. The funereal home will not store caskets either. Biggest down fall was the shipping issue, something better needs to be done especially when the circumstances include a pre arranged/ custom casket selected by the loved one who passed away and the next of kin taking care of getting the casket to its final destination.
Hi Ms. Thorton - I'm so pleased you were happy with the custom casket, and you felt it honored your loved one.
On the shipping - I do empathize. Ideally, we would be able to avoid a shipping charge in all situations, as we do with our standard free shipping. However, in this case, you called on a Saturday for a custom casket that would be needed by Tuesday at 9am, far from a manufacturing hub. We were able to build the casket on Monday (or first day open after you called) and ship it nearly 800 miles to you to meet the time constaint. However, that comes at a high cost of labor and fuel, and I promise you we made no margin on the expedited charge - it (and more) all went to the shipper.
Again - I know that's not a satisfactory answer - as you point out, you cannot perfectly plan life or these events. Our goal at Titan is to continue to grow and expand so we can not only ship our standard caskets so quickly, but also custom ones. We'll keep getting better.

Could not purchase the initial choice of casket because of delivery date from the southern US. Had to choose another model not made in the in the USA. Casket was shipped from LA and was an import. It did serve the purpose. But I would prefer an American made product.
