It’s just what my dad wanted, it even smelled like fresh cut wood. I was worried about the delivery but it was right on time.

I was beyond impressed by the comfort and care offered by Titan Casket during a difficult time. I knew we would be ordering from them for awhile; money was tight and they offered a much better price than our local funeral home. What I didn't know was how fast Dad would go.
I ordered from them on a Monday evening; the next morning he was gone and the coffin not supposed to arrive for a week. The lovely woman in customer service found it was available at a warehouse in my area and expedited shipping for no additional cost. Even refunded the extra few dollars I had paid for driver notification which we would no longer need. The coffin arrived within 2 days, in plenty of time for the Sunday funeral we had planned.
I had never thought about ordering a coffin online before, but won't hesitate to go through Titan in the future. They truly walked me through a challenging moment and made it so much easier.
