    Shipment of casket

    I was very satisfied with the casket's quality, and the shipment arriving right on time. The only reason that I did not give five stars was, the shipper refused to take the packaging after we inspected it for any damage. This left me, on a very stressful day, to get rid of the container packaging.

    I also appreciate your feedback re: packaging. Typically the funeral home will dispose of packaging for anything delivered, as seems reasonable for anything delivered to a business for a paying client. However, please note that we do offer a service at checkout where our driver will remove all debris, should that burden be placed on the family.

    In any case, I'm so sorry you were left to do that on as you point out in a stressful day. Our job at Titan is remove stress where we can, and we'll do better to walk through this part of the process with future clients.

    Upgraded to full couch lid

    Excellent company. From the first call to the delivery I felt I was in good hands. So professional yet compassionate as I was making decisions. There was never pressure and Im so pleased I went with Titan. Buying a casket online was something I had to research and all great reviews I read were about Titan. You wont go wrong.
