Titan Casket is an extraordinary company! When my father passed this past month I had the good fortune to find this company online. I called to order an urn and talked to a wonderful lady named Dianne. She was sympathetic, patient, and helped me through the ordering process with getting the urn and having it engraved. I received it exactly when they I would and it was beautiful.

I recently made a purchase with Titan Casket as I was organizing funeral arrangements for my beloved father. I heard about the extreme markup on prices when purchasing caskets through the funeral homes. So I decided to try something different at the advice of a friend who is familiar funeral services. The biggest thing was getting pass the anxiety of something going wrong with making a purchase for an item in an unconventional way. There was no room for error because everything has to be on time because other services were depending on it. Titan Casket specifically the service agent Raphaela was thorough and nice. Her communication skills were great, and she was totally aware of anxiety with making purchase of something so important for a loved one. I even had a deadline date that I needed the Casket delivered that normally would have cost a additional shipping fee. To earn my biz she spoke with manager of company and they waived the additional fees at no cost to meet my special requirement. My family were so impressed with the quality of the Casket and the service. I HIGHLY recommend this company! And will be passing this info to my friends, family, and network. My dad told me, he wanted to rest in his full Dress Blues with sword in hand. When searching for a casket (which was completely unexpected task) we were shown a wide variety at the funeral home. I did a Google search for Marine casket and found this one. After some research, I believe it was God sent. This casket gave my dad the honor of his military service for cheaper than all others shown. It arrived quickly, 2 days at the funeral home. I heard a lot of people making comments on how beautiful the casket was. In my thoughts, it's beautiful and thrifty. Something my dad would want. I have bought 2 caskets from Titan, one for my mother in 2021 and more recently for my father. I was extremely pleased with both purchases. Both caskets were delivered in just a few days and in excellent condition to our funeral homes of choice. I went with Titan originally to get exactly what I wanted. Their selection is far more than what can be offered by the funeral homes and usually $1-2 thousand dollars less.

cross casket was perfect for my mother. She was a devote believer in Christ and the embroidered praying hands and gold crosses were just fitting for her. Thankful it arrived on time and in excellent condition! We only had to move her tiny body into the extra padded resting place.

One of the most beautiful urns we’ve seen …that’s what the funeral home said along with all our friends. Titan casket made it so easy to order the urn and have it shipped directly to the funeral home. They even followed up with a confirmation phone call prior to shipping.
