My mother recently passed away with no end of life plans in place. Making decisions during such an emotional time, goes without saying is extremely stressful. I found Titan Casket while searching the internet for quality, affordable caskets. After reading the countless positive reviews, I decided to make the purchase. I ordered a pinkand rose gold steel casket from the Orion Series. While I was making my choices, an online customer service rep messaged me and assisted me through the whole process. The assistance was very compasstionate and professional. They answered all of my questions regarding the shipping times and processes. The casket was delivered directly to the funeral home within 3 days as promised. The appearance and quality of the casket exceeded my expectations. I appreciate Titan Caskets making this very difficult time a little less stressful.

Never expected to have to exchange a casket but we did. So happy with the Orion white and steel we settled on, simple yet elegant. Titan was very helpful but I don’t recommend doing it because the restock fee is huge!
