The casket was beautiful and came with no issues. The color choices were great we chose the Orchid Steel and was elegant tribute to my mom. So glad this is an option, not trying to spend a small fortune to honor my family. Very happy! Highly recommend
The service provided was exceptional. Due to an unforeseen family tragedy requiring immediate arrangements, the initially requested casket was unavailable through the funeral home's suppliers. However, Titan Casket was able to fulfill the order on short notice, and their responsiveness in adjusting the delivery schedule ensured the timely completion of the funeral service. Furthermore, the casket's superior quality and craftsmanship contributed significantly to a respectful and dignified burial.

Came across Titan Caskets through Costco.. The urn is absolutely beautiful. Qualify made and the hand-crarftsmanship is apparent. The Mother of Pearl inlay is stunning. I am so glad we came across this information that we were allowed by law to purchase outside of a Funeral Home where the prices are SO inflated! Their customer service was wonderful. They, too, called us within minutes of placing the order in the evening. The velvet bag was blue but it compliments the urn even better. We are completely pleased and highly recommend
