You will chose an upfront or installments payment plan before e-signing the preneed contract and paying. Call us if you prefer to physically sign your contract

Receive your contract & notify your family.
We will e-mail you a copy of your contract to serve as a record of your pre-plan agreement. When the time comes, your loved ones can simply call us and we will ship the casket out the next day.

Came across Titan Caskets through Costco.. The urn is absolutely beautiful. Qualify made and the hand-crarftsmanship is apparent. The Mother of Pearl inlay is stunning. I am so glad we came across this information that we were allowed by law to purchase outside of a Funeral Home where the prices are SO inflated! Their customer service was wonderful. I spoke with two representatives while making my purchasing decision; both were knowledgeable and courteous. However, Alex was extremely helpful. He called the funeral home to make certain that delivery guidelines were clear, he reviewed my choices and made adjustments to my order.

I will say that navigating the website was less than stellar. With so many choices, there should be a compare feature and the visuals more detailed. The metal details on the casket are a bit bright, but I'm sure that appeals to some.
Overall, i believe that the caskets are of sufficient quality and aesthetically appealing, as much as a caskets can be, and the customer service and attentiveness was excellent.
