We will e-mail you a copy of your contract to serve as a record of your pre-plan agreement. When the time comes, your loved ones can simply call us and we will ship the casket out the next day.

I order the Poplar casket which allowed all of my brother's friends and family to shower him with love, writing kind words and drawing beautiful art on the outside of this wooden casket. Our family originally picked out another (overpriced) casket through the funeral home. I came across Titan Casket through Costco. The funeral was 3 days away. I called their customer service team, who were friendly, able to answer all of my questions, & guarantee delivery in time. The day of delivery, I had a question & they responded quickly.
