The Eco Water Urn BioUrn® is designed to hold as much or as little of one set of ashes (size of 225 cu. in.). It is large enough to hold all of a person’s ashes, but you may also include just a portion. This is the case when families split up the remains among family and friends or if they simply want use the remains for different urns or keepsakes. Our instructions explain any adjustments to make when including different amounts.

Product Description

The Eco Water Urn offers a unique way to scatter ashes. The patented design makes it simple to release ashes into a body of water with no mess, while the attractive appearance makes it a tasteful choice for the ceremony.

This all-natural urn is designed to float upright in water like a buoy. Within a short time, the bottom portion will dissolve and release the ashes, freeing them to spread underwater. The remaining top portion may continue to be visible for a short time before sinking and dissolving out of sight.

Product Features

ECO FRIENDLY & BIODEGRADABLE The urn is made from recycled plant materials and cellulose with only water, heat and pressure. It will not biodegrade unless it is placed in water.
A PEACEFUL GOODBYE The urn will float upright for several minutes before slowly releasing the ashes from the bottom and then sinking down into the water.
BAMBOO CASING Your shipment will include a decorative case for the urn made from 100% bamboo. Bamboo is an elegant, sustainable resource that's one of the most environmentally friendly building materials on the planet!

I ordered an item from your site. The purchase experience was good, however, following that I started to receive marketing emails from Titan Casket and then quite amazingly I got an email from an estate planning vendor trying to solicit business from me and it was clear that my email was provided to them by TItan Casket. That is totally unacceptable! I made a purchase from you of a sensitive item and you have treated this like I bought a sweater online, in fact worse, becuase no self-respecdting ecommerce site would then sell my email to a 3rd party. Please take me off any email marketing lists you have and do not provide my email address to any of your affiliate or marketing partners.

On the rest - totally fair feedback. As a business, we've been experimenting a lot lately with our own email outreach as a way to offer more services to our customers and scale our pre-planning business. We recognize we operate in a sensitive area, that not everything is going to work, and maybe we went a little overboard with our own reachout the last few weeks (although unsubscribe rates are pretty in line with e-commerce companies in general).

On our estate settlement partner (Alix) - that's also an experiment with a partner and the only one we're doing, and no money changed hands. We found that a LOT of our customers are in a position where they can use that type of settlement help, we like the Alix team, and we thought that might be helpful. Let's see how it goes.
