Titan has a wide selection that spans many different options and budgets. I chose to go with Titan because they were considerably cheaper than the options at the funeral home. But I didn’t have to sacrifice on quality or preference. A representative from customer support called me within an hour of ordering to confirm my choices and explain the process. She was very nice, but also brief, which is something we all appreciate when planning a funeral. The delivery was fast and on time. Titan sent me tracking information and delivered directly to the funeral home. So I didn’t have to touch or worry about a thing. The casket was in excellent condition and was exactly as described. In the future, I will recommend Titan to anyone having to make these hard decisions during a difficult time.

I had no idea what type of quality was coming when I ordered it. But it was beautiful! Pink was my wife's favorite color and we got many comments about how nice it was. My children and grandkids all wore pink shirts or dresses and the price was about 1/3 of what the greedy funeral home wanted to charge me. We couldn't have been happier!

We had preselected a casket for our loved one and when she passed, we found out that the price increased substantially so did an online search and your company showed up with a much more reasonable cost. We did not have much time and were in the middle of the holidays to add to the problems. The person contacted was very helpful with getting a casket ordered and delivered on time. Was impressed that it was delivered as we were told and the quality exceeded what we previously chosen. We had no idea that there was such a thing that we could order this stuff online and have it delivered so quickly (during the holidays) with free shipping. This was a hard time for us but was happy that one company actually exceeded our expectations by a lot. Yes I would recommend this company!

I recently ordered an Urn for my father and could not be more pleased with the entire process of working with Titan. The ordering process was straightforward, and to my (pleasant) surprise, the Titan team very quickly took action to verify the inscription text I had entered to double/triple check it was correct. There was one question I had and they immediately responded that they reviewed and verified there was not an additional space between two letters, explaining it was the font type that made it appear that way. I received the urn very quickly and could not be happier with the final product.
