This was the second time, we ordered a casket for a family member. In 2022 we ordered a casket for my brother. ALL of you, at Titan Casket never disappoint us. From the time I called to place the order, and to receiving the casket at the Mortuary. You all have been wonderful!
For my father we ordered the Army Veterans All Black Steel casket. It was absolutely beautiful!! We made the right decision to order that casket, and the flag case. (My father received full honors for his 20+ yrs of service). I live in Hawai’i, and ordering a casket from the mainland can be difficult. We did have to pay shipping fees, (Even though we are the 50th State) but it was worth it. The staff and everyone who is part of the Titan family are just great people to work with. I really appreciate all the help with purchasing a casket. I’m going to plan ahead, and order mines. I will highly recommend YOU ALL because your caskets are beautiful and so affordable!!

The quality of the casket was excellent! Excellent customer service especially, JP or John Paul. His kindness and care throughout the process was top shelf service! The speed from ordering to delivery was outstanding. I highly recommend Ttian Caskets for your needs. I order the Poplar casket which allowed all of my brother's friends and family to shower him with love, writing kind words and drawing beautiful art on the outside of this wooden casket. The casket was a piece of beautiful art when it was received, however, allowing everyone to write and draw on it took it to another level of greatness. Our family originally picked out another (overpriced) casket through the funeral home. I came across Titan Casket through Costco. The funeral was 3 days away. I called their customer service team, who were friendly, able to answer all of my questions, & guarantee delivery in time. The day of delivery, I had a question & they responded quickly. There were several compliments on the casket from being "perfect" to "I love it more than the original one" from multiple family members.
