I called on a Saturday. They returned my call immediately, and promised me a Tuesday delivery. The online payment was easy and they guaranteed a refund if anything went wrong. The casket was delivered directly to the funeral home early afternoon on Tuesday for a Wednesday funeral. Saved us about $1,200!
We choose the blush pink casket with rose gold hardware, and it looked very nice and classy. Several people commented on how pretty it was.
