To upgrade:
1. Simply add this Embroidered Head Panel Upgrade product upgrade to your cart at the time of checkout, along with any of our steel caskets.
2. Select a head panel. In the notes field in your cart, type in the corresponding # head panel you chose.
3. When building, our designer will match the threading of your choice to the exterior and interior color of your casket.

While the casket will still typically ship within 1 business day, this may change your delivery date.

Additionally, our team of logistics experts will track shipments daily to ensure smooth transit and resolve any carrier delays. If for any reason (weather, act of god, etc.) your shipment is delayed and will not be able to arrive in time for use, we will return the item and issue a full refund.
