Rustic (Solid Oak)

I was shocked to learn how expensive a casket was at the Funeral Home. I had heard that a casket could be purchased online. The day I meet with the Funeral director I told them I was going to purchase a casket online to save money. I was surprised how many options I found. After reading many reviews I chose Titan Casket. While ordering on Titans website I was helped by Rafaela. Every step was clearly explained, and easy to complete. The price was a blessing.

The next morning I received a phone call explaining that the casket I had ordered was unfortunately not available. I was devastated. Tatiana from Titan Casket was very apologetic. She texted me several options that were as close to my original choice as they could be. I finally chose a new casket and was informed that the price of this new casket was more than my original purchase, however Titan Casket would match the original price I paid.

Tatiana again confirmed my purchase and confirmed that the casket would be delivered two days later. On the expected delivery day, the casket arrived at the Funeral home as planned, in perfect condition, as promised.

When the funeral took place I was overwhelmed with the beauty and quality of my Aunts casket.

Titan casket made it happen, when the order for our casket was placed we received a call that it was not available. They offered a refund but it would take 10 days depending on the bank. After speaking to someone I received a call back that they would ship it from another warehouse overnight through airline so that it would arrive. Titan casket covered the cost for us to fly it here. So thankful for this kind gesture during such a difficult time!

This was a good purchase and the delivery was on time. The interior is real goose down high quality.

Excellent customer service. The casket arrived on time as promised. Since I placed the order over a weekend I feared delays but I was wrong. The finish of the casket is as shown in the pictures, although the color differs somewhat.

The Rustic Oak casket was perfect for our Dad who loved oak trees and the rustic look. He was an outdoorsman and the casket suited his taste perfectly. The added touch of the duck cloth could not have been more perfect. Thank you all for helping us through the purchasing process at the most difficult time in our lives.
