I placed the order for my son’s casket on Wednesday. I was very concerned that it would not arrived in time. The color and size I wanted was available. It arrived on Friday at the funeral home according to what I was told by Titan casket. Upon inspection, it was perfect. The casket looked just like it did online. I was praying I was not being taken advantage of at a very weak time in my life. My worries and concerns were laid to rest. Thank you for delivering what you advertised.

The whole experience was amazing. Such a hard task to undertake but every step was simple, clear and easy to execute. Every associate I had the pleasure of speaking with was so kind and compassionate and made sure I didn’t have to worry about any detail. Even when the funeral home made me switch delivery addresses the day before shipping, they politely accepted the change and offered words of comfort. This simple pine casket was beautiful. It was well made and the wood was so clear and perfectly sanded.
