Beautiful product.

I wanted my horses ashes to reside in something worthy of him and this met my expectations. It’s beautiful and looks great in my space. The shelf inside holds cherished memorabilia from our time together.

We pre-ordered the Orion Series /Green Steel Casket and later added “Mother” to the head-covering when we needed the casket for our Mom. Even the funeral home thought this product was better than the ones they sell. Titan was wonderful with the pre-purchased order and when we had to request the casket to be shipped to the funeral home. Their organization was very professional but with human empathy in regards to our Mom’s passing. I would highly recommend this company to provide a quality product.

This was a first time experience ordering this type of product online. The customer service was very great. Even though I ordered it late at night I still received a call within an hour to verify everything. Delivery was on time. The only slight hiccup we had was the stationary wooden handles would not fit in the plot with the cement liner and needed to be removed. It was not a big deal for us, but I would recommend the rope handles. Would highly recommend.

The Titan Casket logo is also proudly presented on the sleeve of the shirt 🔥🔥🔥 I love supporting such a great podcast, while also being devastatingly fashionable! 🖤 (hat purchased separately of course!!)

Overall it was pretty however the white interior material used should be better to be a five star casket.

If I'm putting my trust in to a casket company while I'm still alive, that's saying something. The incredibly cute, soft Mort plush casket I received from Titan has made me a customer for life, and death! We're all gonna go one day, why not do it in style with a little stuffed coffin to keep you comfortable in the afterlife?

I can’t say enough about Titan’s outstanding customer service. My sister and I had a pre-planned funeral in place for our mom, but we didn’t include the casket in the pre-plan because of the cost. I am a Costco member and had seen Titan’s website on Costco’s site. They have a nice selection of caskets to choose from that are affordable. I chose one and gave them a call. I’m so glad I did. I spoke to Yumi, and she made the process easy. Titan has options for payment, including payment plans. I purchased a casket for my mom with a payment plan. A few months later mom passed, and I called Titan and talked to Yumi once again. Titan took it from there. The casket was delivered to the funeral home within five days. They kept me informed every step of the way, including providing tracking information. I am grateful for the fantastic customer service provided by Yumi, for her kindness, the ease of the process, and the folllow-up. She and Titan helped make a difficult time less stressful.

I contacted Titan after viewing their website. I was impressed with the urns they made for military service members. I asked the if they could make one for a Federal Law Enforcement Agency. They, without hesitation, made one for me.
It turned out to be a beautiful urn. I am so happy I found Titan!

I ordered the wine casket and 3 "Mort" plushies for colleagues and they are fantastic! The casket is excellent and a great addition to my desk in the prep room. Shipping/delivery was very fast, and communication was excellent!
