Everyone thought the casket was unbelievably fitting a Marine. So glad I purchased this item. And the white interior was perfect.

I purchased 2 urns, in 2different colors. - they were beautiful and just as I had hoped. The lettering was perfect. Both urns arrived promptly, well packaged and the price was well worth it. Many compliments were received at the interment.

In early 2024, I ordered Titan’s “Hunter” bronze steel casket with camouflage interior for my 89-year-old father, an avid outdoorsman. I showed photos to family and friends over the next couple of years, and everyone agreed it was a fitting choice for him.

On July 2 of this year, as my wife and I were driving from Texas to Missouri to visit my dad, whose health had taken a sharp turn for the worse in recent days, I received the call that he had passed that morning. Later that day, I contacted Titan to fulfill my contract, only to learn that the casket I had already paid for wouldn’t be available for over two weeks.

Obviously, that wasn’t going to work.

Titan offered alternatives, but none really felt right. I remembered that I had previously dealt with co-owner Josh Siegel, who had quickly resolved an issue with my original order, so I reached out to him. He responded almost immediately and called me within the hour with additional options.

When those still didn’t quite work, Josh suggested something I honestly didn’t think would be possible: finding camouflage material and covering the casket’s interior ourselves. He said Titan would do what they could to offset the cost.

We eventually chose another casket, but a couple of days later Josh called again—on a Sunday evening—to tell me that the same inventory problems meant they couldn’t provide that one either.

I understand that supply chain and logistical problems happen. But what stood out and ultimately saved the day was that a co-owner of the company was personally calling to explain the situation and was actively looking for a solution.

I went back through Titan’s catalog to see if there was something that would fit. I hadn't considered wooden caskets before as I assumed they would be far too expensive, but I found one that cost a bit more than what I had originally paid. I asked Josh if he would honor my original purchase price, and he immediately agreed.

The casket that arrived a couple of days before the funeral—a beautiful, cherry-stained poplar in a satin finish—was far and away the best choice in terms of materials and appearance. A relatively straightforward, but solid build. Just like my dad.

Following Josh’s “DIY Camo Casket” suggestion, we found cotton camouflage material locally, bought all they had, and with help from one of the funeral directors, created the interior ourselves.

The result was beautiful—and, unexpectedly, much more meaningful than the original casket I had ordered.

My dad was a lifelong DIY, build-it-yourself, get-it-done kind of guy. Instead of simply selecting something from a catalog, I got to be personally involved in creating something for him. The camouflage interior wasn’t something we simply purchased—it was something we made for him.

Now, I realize that writing a glowing review while describing what could reasonably be interpreted as poor service may seem contradictory, and it's likely not what Titan would like to see shared publicly. They absolutely had an inventory problem, and it was initially a bit of a disappointment at an already incredibly difficult time.

But what ultimately stood out to me was how Josh handled it. He didn’t hide behind an email queue or pass me from one phone rep to another. He stayed personally involved, kept looking for solutions, called me himself when another option fell through, and ultimately helped us create something that was even more meaningful than what I had originally envisioned.

The bottom line: things do go wrong. But what separates a good company from a great one is what happens next.

Despite the problems along the way, I would absolutely use Titan Casket again. And I’d have no hesitation recommending them, especially knowing that there are people there who genuinely care about making things right.

I was very nervous about buying a casket on-line. However, myfamily really liked the 18-gauge steel military casket with black exterior/black interior with the flag on the hardware. on the outside. After viewing other options, we felt this honored Dad most. To ensure delivery on the weekend, we paid for expedited shipping. The casket arrived on-time without any damage. I received email confirmation and called to confirm with Titan and with the funeral home. We were very pleased and received numerous comments on how my dad would have been pleased with our choice. Thank you.

This was my first time ordering from Titan Casket as a funeral professional. The customer service was excellent, the gentleman helping me made sure I had the casket the family selected in time, despite a short turn around. Their expedited fee was very reasonable and the casket was delivered by the promised time. It was in very good condition and packaged well. I would recommend them and use them again. They also kept me updated every step of the way.

I was treated professionally, no pressure, options were explained in great detail, able to work on budget that pleased both sides . Delivery of the casket was ahead of schedule. Flawless experience overall.

Orion Series (Made in USA) | Dark Blue Steel Casket with White Interior

I called Titan and spoke with the representative, who gave me his name so I could ask for him in subsequent calls and not have to go through everything again. He sent a picture to verify specifically which casket we were ordering, and made sure we could get it within our time frame. He emailed the order and I completed it online. Mom’s casket made it in plenty of time, and was exactly as pictured. Very easy process and quality product in a very sad circumstance.
