Everything was great except the delivery was delayed at the airport due to the holiday weekend
I couldn’t have asked for anything more! The process was easy. They were attentive and helpful and the finished product was better quality than the actual funeral home!

It’s a beautiful casket but the sticker on the back says Made in China. The overall look of the casket is comparable to the major casket companies. I would recommend it.

After reviewing our phone records, we confirmed that our team discussed this with the client before shipment and offered to fulfill the order with one of our imported units along with a complimentary upgrade to 18-gauge steel, which the client graciously accepted.
We typically manufacture this model in the USA, and if we ever need to substitute an imported unit, we make a point of being completely transparent with families well before shipment so they can make an informed decision. Great customer service was provide during and after sale. The only issue that I had was with the delivery company. The delivery company never contacted me on the day of the delivery in order to inspect the casket. Fortunately, nothing wrong with the casket.

I needed a 100% wood casket for a green burial. I had no idea most casket manufacturers do not offer this as an option. I was glad to find Titan online and ordered the Abraham casket for my family member. I was delighted when I saw the casket when it arrived at the funeral home. It actually looked better than I expected. Many guests at the funeral remarked about how beautiful the casket was.
Cremation vault arrived on time was packaged very well and is of great quality.
