A Beautiful Final Resting Place for My Father ❤️⚰️

I want to sincerely thank Titan Casket for providing such a beautiful casket for my father.

My father had been in the hospital since March 30, 2026. As time went on, I realized I needed to start making arrangements in case something happened to him. On September 11, 2026, I purchased his burial place, never imagining that just a few weeks later, on October 1, 2026, my father would pass away.

Because of the requirements of the burial place I purchased, I had to be mindful of the type of casket I chose. I am so thankful I found Titan Casket. The casket was absolutely beautiful, and it meant so much to me to be able to give my father a beautiful and dignified final resting place.

Losing my father has been one of the hardest experiences of my life, but knowing I was able to lay him to rest the right way brings me peace.

Thank you, Titan Casket, from the bottom of my heart. You helped me honor my father with the love, dignity, and respect he deserved. ❤️🕊️

Everything was beautiful

The casket was being delivered via tractor trailer. Due to roadwork in the vicinity of the funeral home, the truck couldn’t make the turns it needed to deliver to the funeral home. The driver contacted the funeral director to request they meet him somewhere nearby with a hearse or van to complete the delivery. All of the funeral home vehicles and staff were out at funerals so that was not going to happen. They got a supervisor from the trucking company to drive a pickup truck out to meet the driver where they transferred the casket to the pickup truck and the supervisor completed the delivery at the funeral home. I appreciate the never say die attitude from Titan Casket in getting my mother’s casket to her in time. Also, the customer service reps I dealt with were nothing but courteous and helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I bought this Lancaster Pine Casket for my mother. She would have love it! She loved anything wood. She was into making crafts and other artwork with natural wood, so I thought this casket would be perfect for her final resting place. Titan customer service rep. Yumi was outstanding in helping me get this delivered on time to the funeral home. I will not hesitate to use Titan for my casket needs in the future. ( just hopefully not anytime soon).

Titan Casket made this process easier. From the immediate customer service with explanation on different options to meet the need to outline the delivery process and options they were exceptional. My mom was under hospice, and I was shopping online for a Casket while caring for my mother as I knew her days were limited at the time. I chose the Artisan Casket for my Mom's Burial, doing everything online can be scary not knowing what the end product will be when It arrives, I was NOT Disappointed. The Artisan Casket was Beautiful when I was finally able to see it in person, Could not of made a Better Choice, working with the Ladies at Titan Casket was easy and compassionate.
