I was very pleased and impressed with my purchase from Titan Caskets, as were the many guests who saw the casket. The staff were friendly and easy to speak with, as I had placed several calls to them. They were incredibly accommodating to meet my needs with a last minute delivery change.

The casket was simply beautiful, with its deep dark purple color and gold trimmings. I Ordered it on a Tuesday paid extra $249.00 to have it expedited. The cask was received Thursday at 8am. I will also use this company in the future and tell everyone I know.
I purchased a casket for my mother's funeral along with a memorial tube that I paid extra for. This was one of the most important purchases I've ever had to make during one of the most difficult times of my life.When I went to view her inbthe casket I was heartbroken to find that it had several scratches on one end. The memorial tube I purchased was also missing from the order entirely. I emailed customer service to address these issues but I never received a response. Planning a funeral while grieving the loss of a loved one is overwhelming enough.I understand that mistakes can happen but the lack of communication and customer support was extremely disappointing.

I wrote a review yesterday, saw it on your website and then you removed it. I am reposting it.
We purchased this casket for my father, a retired Brig Gen in the Marine Corps. We were thrilled to find a casket to honor his service. It was selected because of the gold hardware. We started the purchase through the Costco purchasing but because we only wanted the gold hardware, we requested that the flags not be on the hardware. Since this was a "customization," even though it was no cost, the Costco pricing was not available. Since the hardware was so important to our selection, we were fine paying $700 more. When we arrived to the viewing on June 11, we saw that hardware was silver, not gold. The 12th was the memorial and the 13th was the funeral. I called Monday June 15th to discuss the issue and was offered $75. This was insulting to us. They called back and offered $150. Given that the casket received was not as described, we have requested $700. The 3rd call I received, held at $150 discount, but only after stating that based on the picture the hardware was gold. My father is being buried at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. I shared that I could provide many additional photos that would show that the hardware was silver. The representative stopped insinuating that the hardware was gold at that point. The product received was not the product as described. Additionally, but less critical to us, was that the white crepe was not as shown in the photos on the website. This is a second deviation from the product description. I would appreciate an owner reaching out to me. This is not the way to handle customer service. I offered a couple of solutions, which Titan rejected. Given that this is such an emotional time for our family, and months from now, the disappointment will be apparent all over again, I would hope we could come to a reasonable agreement.

One point of clarification: for products sold through Costco, Titan acts as the supplier, but Costco is the retailer. Costco independently determines the products, configurations, and pricing offered through its program. As a result, we are only able to provide the options that Costco makes available through that channel and cannot offer Costco-exclusive products or pricing outside of it.
We’re glad we’re able to offer customizations and personalizations where possible, but when Costco is the seller, there are limitations to what we can modify within their program.

During the planning stage of my mother's (age 101) funeral I knew I would purchase a casket on line versus the funeral home. Their caskets to me were overpriced. I looked at Costco's line on caskets, but I ruled out buying one of theirs although there was several to choose from. Titan Casket was the online company I decided to go with. I spoke with a customer service representative who helped me select the correct color I wanted. I placed my order online, the process was very easy. The invoice was sent to me via email the same day with the pricing and how to pay. Shipping was free. Everything was handled so efficiently. I completed my order on Sunday, received a confirmation with the expected arrival date to the funeral home. Casket arrived on Thursday afternoon as promised. The casket arrived well packaged. The funeral home unboxed and inspected it. Upon seeing it, I thought it was the most beautiful casket I have ever seen. I was pleased with the color and it matched my mother dress beautifully. I would highly recommend Titan Casket to anyone who has this difficult task to undertake. I will utilize them again when the need arises.

I order a light blue full couch casket because, it was my son's favorite color, he looked good in blue and it matched his eyes. We needed a full couch because the hospital cut his hair to do the brain surgery and made the right side of his hair looked terrible. So we needed shown his left side. The casket was very beautiful. No one knew it was over a thousand dollar less than the funeral home's was. I'm glad we got it from Titan. Also, my son liked to shop online. So it was only fitting, since he was the one telling everyone, "Did you know you can buy a casket online?"
I could not have been more pleased with the Air Force casket I ordered for my 20 yr veteran, even funeral directors were impressed! Through my own fault, I had to pay extra to have it shipped quickly, but, was still delivered in a very timely manner and VERY well packaged!!!! You will not be disappointed if you purchase a Titan casket!!!
The casket arrived a few days early and was in perfect condition. I saved about $200 by choosing Titan, everything went smoothly.
The entire process of ordering a beautiful companion urn for our parents was a professional kind experience while feeling deep grief. Considering the overwhelming time we had to make urgent and immediate arrangements the experience my family and I had with purchasing from Titan was unbelievable and indescribable. From the moment we arrived with the decision to go outside of the funeral home selection of a casket felt uneasy, due to a short time of need and required timeframe. Nevertheless, Titan came through and delivered as expected and the selection process was complete with many options that the funeral home didn’t have. I highly recommend the Titan company as alternatives to the limited selection that is available through the funeral services. Plus, most funeral homes don’t mention that it’s okay to go through private or secondary options for something so special and important as the family is going through the process of internment of a loved family member
The funeral director was impressed that there were no scratches or dents in the casket. He said off to when people order them online they come damaged. I got several comments on how nice the casket looked. This is the second casket that I’ve gotten from Titan and both have been exceptional. I would definitely buy from Titan again if needed.

The urn itself is 5 stars and the follow up and customer service of the company are phenomenal, they called me and while on the phone sent a text to make sure the writing was correct on it and have me verify. The onky reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I ordered the Army urn for my dad and the Army logo is a sticker, not an engraved or physical part of the urn itself so when it arrived the sticker wasn't even attached and I tried to press it on but it wouldn't stay so I ended up having to order double sided tape to fix it. Otherwise the product is great quality, i just wish the Army logo was an actual crafted part of it and not an applied sticker
