We will always confirm the delivery date with you, and we won’t sell any casket that won’t arrive on time.
Additionally, our team of logistics experts will track shipments daily to ensure smooth transit and resolve any carrier delays. If for any reason (weather, act of god, etc.) your shipment is delayed and will not be able to arrive in time for use, we will return the item and issue a full refund.
