I was scared at first because I wasn’t sure if this was legit, but they are legit! Not only did they help me with the process of purchasing my fathers casket, but they also helped me to purchase it through life insurance because I was not financially stable at the time to buy a casket. Through the process and shipping I was always reassured that everything is in good hands. And when they delivered they gave me a courtesy call so I can be there when it arrived, the driver was very empathetic and professional with handling his casket. A few years ago we decided to prepare for my father in law’s funeral (he was 99) & Titan was the perfect company to do this with, even tho we were on the West coast!

Our mother requested a simple pine box for her burial. The local funeral home did not have one available so we started searching the web. Titan was able to expedite shipping and have it delivered from California to Washington State in less than two days which took one of the stresses away from the family. It was exactly what she had wanted.

I read several good reviews on Titan casket, and I knew that there was going to be significant savings over purchasing a casket from a funeral home. They delivered in the specified amount of time and the casket was strong with good hardware. And the color was beautiful. Not too glossy, just right. The green was just right for my Irish Mom.

The color was beautiful. Ordering was easy and went very smoothly. Delivery was on time. The price is very really good compared to funeral home prices. My only issue was there were some blemishes and dings. Small but we lucked out that the flag draped over the casket covered any damages. I will order from them again. Thank you

I was so pleased that Titan delivered exactly as they promised. The casket arrived when promised and in good shape. It was good quality and much less than what I could have gotten from the funeral home. The only thing that could have been improved was communication as to when the casket was arriving at the funeral home (both to the home and to me so that I could be there to receive it). We were given a window of titme, but a heads up when the casket was an hour or so out would have been very helpful.

The customer service was beyond my expectations, Liz was kind, endearing and understanding to my purchasing a casket. She took full ownership of making me feel confident that the casket I ordered online would be delivered on time and in perfect condition , and it was. Thank you for making a hard time so easy.

Let it be known, I cannot stand sugar free anything. There’s this horrible taste that every single drink has carried and it doesn’t wash out. Give me sugar or give me death I guess. So it took Titan to make a sugar free energy drink that I like!! It’s delicious! Is it a little low in caffeine for me? Sure, but it tastes good enough to have more than one. Thank you!!

We ordered the casket, within 30 minutes of yhe prder a representative from Titan called and confirmed the details. The casket shipped directly to the funeral home. We were very pleased with the casket, very pretty outside. The interior materials were good quality. We will order again.
