The customer service was excellent, the gentleman helping me made sure I had the casket the family selected in time, despite a short turn around. Their expedited fee was very reasonable and the casket was delivered by the promised time. It was in very good condition and packaged well. I would recommend them and use them again. They also kept me updated every step of the way.

I called Titan and spoke with the representative, who gave me his name so I could ask for him in subsequent calls and not have to go through everything again. He sent a picture to verify specifically which casket we were ordering, and made sure we could get it within our time frame. He emailed the order and I completed it online. Mom’s casket made it in plenty of time, and was exactly as pictured. Very easy process and quality product in a very sad circumstance.
