    Casket for Korean War Navy Veteran

    Titan builds a beautiful, high quality casket and deliver in a very timely manner. Top ratings for customer attention. My father was a Navy Veteran from the Korean War, who passed at 95 years of age, and who we wanted to honor for his service to our country. The Titan Veterans Premier casket with Navy insignia and American Flag highlights was the perfect solution.

    Beautiful casket

    My husband was in the Navy. Honorable discharge my husband died on Friday December 13,2024. The Navy Military casket was beautiful.

    Damaged casket

    Casket arrived at funeral home damaged. I had to rely on the funeral director to send me pictures of the damage and in turn forward them to Titan. Titan approved the replacement casket and promised I would get tracking info,which I never received. I had to call the funeral home to find out if it had gotten there. Not a great feeling to be grieving for a loved one and on top of that stressing over casket and it's arrival

    Hi Mr. Garner - I'm so sorry the initial casket arrived damaged, and glad we were able to replace the item. You didn't mention, but hopefully the replacement item met your high standards and honored your love one. We wish that every delivery went perfectly the first time (our damage rate is <1%), but such an issue can arise on any shipment - on all items, no matter where you purchase.

    On the replacement, we shipped that item using a dedicated driver and truck, at a higher cost to us, to ensure it arrived fast and in perfect condition. These direct hires do not have such tracking information (like Fedex would), so we were unable to share it with you. That's no excuse - we should have kept you informed of the new items progress. Our apologies.

    Ultimately, this process was far from perfect. Our job is to reduce and remove stress during funeral planning, in addition to offering more, affordable options. We missed on this one - we'll do better. Thank you for working with us and your feedback.
