They are made from the highest quality wood, selected for its distinctive color and grain, and finished with a clear lacquer that enhances the beauty of the wood. Like every Trappist Casket, each finely crafted wooden urn is made in the prayerful environment of New Melleray Abbey and individually blessed by a monk.
