Eco I Pine Box

I was beyond impressed by the comfort and care offered by Titan Casket during a difficult time. I knew we would be ordering from them for awhile; money was tight and they offered a much better price than our local funeral home. What I didn't know was how fast Dad would go.
I ordered from them on a Monday evening; the next morning he was gone and the coffin not supposed to arrive for a week. The lovely woman in customer service found it was available at a warehouse in my area and expedited shipping for no additional cost. Even refunded the extra few dollars I had paid for driver notification which we would no longer need. The coffin arrived within 2 days, in plenty of time for the Sunday funeral we had planned.
I had never thought about ordering a coffin online before, but won't hesitate to go through Titan in the future. They truly walked me through a challenging moment and made it so much easier.

I was highly impressed (along with the funeral director) how quickly the casket arrived, and how carefully and entombed with packaging it was shipped so that the casket would arrive in pristine condition.
Much to the surprise of my funeral director, he was astonished at the price and the impressive wood quality -- he thought it would have been priced twice as high.
