The urn is lovely and very heavy. The name/date engraving is correct. The customer service is exceptional. The urn arrived very quickly, and was very well packaged to avoid damage to this important item.

I ordered this casket for an out-of-state funeral. The process (including Affirm financing) was easy, and the casket arrived at the funeral home on time as promised. Given that this particular casket is at a lower price point, I wasn't completely sure what to expect. It looked really great! Highly recommend.
