The customer service I received from Rose was above and beyond what I expected. I just received horrible news and was probably very difficult to understand with all of the crying. I needed the 3.6 foot stainless steel maroon pet casket immediately. She took the time to confirm that the warehouse had it and were able to overnight it to me. She called me back within the hour, put the invoice together and had it shipped out. They sent the email for tracking and the delivery man (who was outstanding as well) called when leaving the airport to deliver the casket. This experience alone was seamless and amazing. The product itself was so beautiful. It was the perfect way to give my loved one dignity and respect in their final resting place. Beautiful on the inside and outside.
We used the preplan option, but unfortunately needed it before it was completely paid for. The quality of the casket ws just as nice as the high over priced ones from the funeral home. We received a lot of compliments on it. We had to pay $250 extra to have it expedited so we would have it in time for the viewing but the customer service was great. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I woud definitely use them again.
Great customer service who was very prompt and helped me resolve a minor issue. Casket arrived in tact and we had no issues. Looked beautiful on the day of my grandmothers funeral. Will purchase again from Titan Casket in the future.

I had to order my casket during the 4th of July weekend, very stressful for me during a trying time! The help at Titan were truly comforting. It’s a beautiful casket but the sticker on the back says Made in China. The overall look of the casket is comparable to the major casket companies. I would recommend it.
