You will chose an upfront or installments payment plan before e-signing the preneed contract and paying. Call us if you prefer to physically sign your contract

Receive your contract & notify your family.
We will e-mail you a copy of your contract to serve as a record of your pre-plan agreement. When the time comes, your loved ones can simply call us and we will ship the casket out the next day.

The staff was friendly and compassionate. The casket we ordered was absolutely beautiful - more so in real life. It was odd receiving so many compliments at a funeral regarding how beautiful the casket was, but it was true. They were right. Dad wanted to be buried in a pine box, so we ordered the Crawford Pine and it was perfect. Thank you, Titan, for your professionalism and timely delivery. You made a most difficult time more bearable.
I want to be in a plain box, nothing fancy or high-end, just a plain simple box and I found it! The price was reasonable and could be a bit lower but where are you going to find a simple coffin for the price.

Just going to hit the high points because grief is strong and not really feeling this, but people should know. 1) the staff is very helpful, I suggest speaking with someone before ordering and ordering directly from the company as opposed to Amazon. 2) The prices are exceptional, for example, I got a steel, gasketed casket for 1k less than the starter pine box the funeral home had. 3) It arrived to the funeral home within 24 hours of my order in pristine condition, exactly as I ordered it. 4) The follow up and after services provided are also quite helpful. Overall I think in a time of severe trauma and in an area of business that is already way too expensive, Titan Caskets was kind and compassionate, not at all overpriced, and got me exactly what I wanted in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone in my situation of a traumatic unexpected death or even if you are just looking to pre plan.

I want to correct my mistake in my first review. I did not understand how the emblem was made and mistook it for plastic not metal. I was totally wrong and after my son explained how it was made I realized my error. The owner was very nice and answered my concerns. NO misrepresentation occurred. His urn is beautiful and a display representing my husband’s USAF service.
