I previously ordered two navy military urns from Titan and they were just gorgeous. My mom passed away recently and I knew exactly where I wanted to get her urn from - TITAN! I even want to buy pre-buy one for myself... The quality, craftsmanship and engraving is top-notch. The sky blue marble matches my dad's navy blue perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend Titan to anyone needed an urn at an economical price ($200 less than what the funeral home wanted to charge) and it was shipped and received within 3-5 days of ordering.

I ordered this from Titan at a much better price than the home and they worked with me to deliver it as soon as possible. Moreover, their team was able to update me along each step of the way allowing us to schedule my mom’s funeral in a timely manner.
The beautiful casket had a head plate that had “Mother” and flowers embroidered. The casket was complete and beautifully detailed. We purchased the orchid casket for my mother, and it was absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect way to display my beautiful mother at her homegoing celebration and we received numerous compliments. The casket was delivered on the date we requested and was in perfect condition. I will be eternally grateful for the quality of the product and the service I received at one of the most difficult times in my life.
After seeing the traditional Milan London European style coffin on Titan Casket's website, I contacted the company's representative by phone to see if it would be possible to order a customized version. I was told that it could be made to my personal specifications and would be delivered in 6-8 months after the order was placed, which it was. The coffin arrived 6 months after I placed the order for it and was delivered without any problems or complications. The Titan Caskets representative was very helpful, considerate and accommodating to my needs, which made the end result of my purchase a satisfying experience.

For my father we ordered the Army Veterans All Black Steel casket. It was absolutely beautiful!! We made the right decision to order that casket, and the flag case. (My father received full honors for his 20+ yrs of service). I live in Hawai’i, and ordering a casket from the mainland can be difficult. We did have to pay shipping fees, (Even though we are the 50th State) but it was worth it. The staff and everyone who is part of the Titan family are just great people to work with. I really appreciate all the help with purchasing a casket. I’m going to plan ahead, and order mines. I will highly recommend YOU ALL because your caskets are beautiful and so affordable!!

The corner of the casket showed a patch that was noticeable to anyone looking closely at it. Unfortunately, there was no time before the internment to reach out for Titan to correct the problem.

I purchased this casket the day my father died, December 23rd. The Christmas holiday complicated shipping but Titan was very supportive and expedited shipping to ensure it arrived the morning of the funeral. The casket was beautiful and affordable. My father was an Iron Worker and it was important to me to get him stainless steel.
