Additionally, our free shipping is for standard shipping, which works for most customers and delivery windows. You were charged a rush fee given your timing constraints and need for the product to ship out the same day, as discussed prior to your order. This charge is in place to cover the real costs we incur to scramble our warehouse team to accomodate such a quick turnaround. We pre-ordered a casket for my mother. When she passed it was so simple to just contact Titan and tell them where to ship it. When it arrived it was a beautiful item and fit perfect for what mom wanted. This made things so much easier to take care of in a time where you often forget things.
