I was very pleased with the customer service response and support, however I was never notified that the delivery was in progress because the driver didn’t call me as he was informed to do. The casket did have a little scratching on it but there was nothing I could do about it. Overall the company did a great job with the customer service team, they were absolutely amazing. And if necessary I will definitely use them again. The prices were very reasonable and they have many choices and options. They are fast with fulfilling the order and everything was very easy to get through.

I ordered the Orion Orchid Steel Casket with Pink Interior for my grandmother’s funeral and I couldn’t be more pleased. It was delivered earlier than promised with NO issues nor damages. Also, saved roughly $600 versus purchasing through the funeral home. I will definitely use their services in the future.

We ordered the Veneto solid oak casket for my Mother and it was stunning! The wood was super smooth and it had finely detailed carving around the edge. It looked better in person then online and better than the ones in the funeral home for almost half the price! Even the funeral director said it was one of the prettiest ones he had ever seen. The casket came in 2 days and was packed very well, not even a scratch or ding on it! Awesome job!

My mom’s favorite color was yellow, and I sent her off in the brightest, yellow casket I could find with the most beautiful colorful floral arrangement that complimented the yellow hue! Everyone at Titan was a pleasure to work with, the funeral home I used gave me a credit that was the exact amount the casket cost, and even the priest was blown away by how beautiful the service was at the cemetery because it was so happy, my mom lived a great life and had a beautiful sendoff in her favorite color!

I’ve never been responsible for end of life duties. Recently my grandmother passed and we were trying to move quickly. I know that funeral homes have a reputation similar to car salesman so I did some quick research regarding funerary laws and what to expect from this process. I saw Titans ads and looked into it. We bought a beautiful solid wood casket for my grandmother that would’ve easily cost twice as much from the funeral home. They put a rush on it and it was a perfect send off. I tell everyone I know!

This was a purchase for my mother. I was very pleased with the gentleman that helped me when I ordered the casket. He was able to answer all my questions and provided pictures conveniently via text. He was professional and the casket arrived on time as promised. I couldn't have been more pleased with this order and this company.

I was a little skeptical to order a casket online not knowing if the casket was going to be of good quality and on top of that worried that it would not get to the funeral home on time. I went on the reviews I read and kept my fingers crossed that it was all going to be fine. I am happy to say that the quality, color and timeliness was on point. I ordered the orchid with pink interior. It was a subtle, calming, and beautiful shade. The cost of the casket was about 60% less than what it would have costed at the funeral home. Not something I can say I was looking forward to purchase. Upon arrival of the navy urn I purchased i was quite proud of what I picked out for my father as I know he would've loved the craftsmanship shown within the product I purchased.

Titan Casket really came to the rescue when an Amazon order for my mommy's casket was cancelled the weekend before the viewing. I called Titan Casket directly and spoke with Rose. She was able to arrange delivery of a beautiful white stainless steel casket on Saturday afternoon in time for my mom's viewing the following Tuesday without incident. The service was a celebration of her life and legacy, and the casket was so beautiful and we received compliments on the look and quality of the casket. You now have a customer for life!!!
