I spoke with Liz on several occasions. She was so helpful and reassuring. The funeral director requested an earlier delivery and it was fulfilled. The casket chosen for my Dad was beautifully made and handcrafted. I was surprised (much more than I expected) at the detail and care that went into the presentation of this well designed casket for the final resting place of our loved one.

A wonderful experience during a devastating time
At such a horrible time Titan really took the stress out of this aspect of losing a family member unexpectedly. They could not have been nicer and kinder helping me with my purchase and making sure it arrived on time. Even through my crying and hardly being able to think clearly the gentleman I spoke with was patient and kind and made sure everything was correct so I could check this task off and not have to stress about it further. The US Navy casket was gorgeous, much more beautiful in person and was exactly what my father would have wanted. They assured me it would be there in two days and let me know when it had shipped and when the mortuary had received it. During the loss of a close family member they offered and delivered exactly the kind of exceptional customer service we needed and I will never forget that. Will never stop telling people how good this company is and will always recommend them.

Pure awesomeness!!
Liz is the greatest at customer service! This company went above and beyond to ensure that we had the casket we ordered on time. Liz made several calls and got us connected directly to the warehouse manager to schedule an early pickup from their location so that we could drive our casket out of state. By far the best customer experience I have ever received. Hopefully I don’t need their service again but if I do I will definitely be back! When we unboxed the casket it was amazingly beautiful.
